Internet Business definition

Internet Business means an Internet service or Web site that (i) provides information or news services, including without limitation the delivery of Content to consumers, or (ii) uses the Domain Names or any other Intellectual Property associated therewith or relating thereto.
Internet Business means the current and future business of the Seller conducted primarily through Allyes Information Technology Company Limited and its subsidiaries and PRC-based Affiliates using proprietary software applications to provide online advertisement publishing, creative production, tracking, targeting, and performance analysis, and performance-based online advertising services.
Internet Business means an Internet service or website that uses the Burger King Marks, including the Burger King Domain Names or the Burger King System solely in connection with and related to Master Franchisee’s operation of the Restaurants in the Territory to provide information or services, including without limitation the delivery of Content to consumers regarding the Restaurants.
