Initial Requesting Holder. The first Certificateholder or Certificate Owner to deliver a Repurchase Request as described in Section 2.03(i) with respect to a Mortgage Loan. For the avoidance of doubt, there may not be more than one Initial Requesting Holder with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
