Initial Service Period definition

Initial Service Period has the meaning given to that term in Clause 7.1 below.
Initial Service Period means, with respect to any Service, an initial term of twenty-four (24) months or any shorter or longer period of time otherwise specified in Exhibit A under the heading “Service Periodapplicable to such Service.
Initial Service Period means the period commencing on 0700 PST or DST, as the case may be, on the earlier of the Commencement Date or the first Day of any Pre-Commissioning Period, as set out in the first Transportation Agreement entered into under this Rate Schedule 50 and ending immediately prior to 0700 DST on January 1st following the anniversary of the Commencement Date in that Transportation Agreement.

Examples of Initial Service Period in a sentence

  • The Initial Service Period will automatically renew for consecutive Renewal Service Periods, unless either Party notifies the other Party in writing of non-renewal by no less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior written notice, taking effect at the end of the then-current period.

Initial Service Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.
