Initial Service Period definition

Initial Service Period has the meaning given to that term in Clause 7.1 below.
Initial Service Period means, with respect to any Service, an initial term of twenty-four (24) months or any shorter or longer period of time otherwise specified in Exhibit A under the heading “Service Periodapplicable to such Service.

Examples of Initial Service Period in a sentence

  • The Initial Service Period will automatically renew for consecutive Renewal Service Periods, unless either Party notifies the other Party in writing of non-renewal by no less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior written notice, taking effect at the end of the then-current period.

  • All amounts due to the end of the Initial Service Period or the Subsequent Service Period remain payable.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that Client terminates this Agreement in accordance with this Clause 7.2, upon the expiry of the Initial Service Period or any Subsequent Service Period, Client shall not be liable for any Cancellation Fee in relation to the Subscriptions that terminate at the same time.

  • Unless specified otherwise in this Article 2, after the Initial Service Period for a Service, such Service shall be provided for one additional one (1) year period NewCo notifies Hynix in writing of its desire not to renew the provision of such Service at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Service Period or the Service is earlier terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Initial Service Period and all Renewal Terms are called the “Term”.

Initial Service Period means that minimum period of time for which Client has ordered and agreed to make payment for Services to a particular Meter or group of Meters as set forth in Section 2., below.
