Examples of Initial Service Period in a sentence
The customer must specify the length of the Initial Service Period at the time the service is ordered.
For the remainder of the Service Period after the Initial Service Period, Seller agrees to provide Buyer with the Service Parts at the same price as the price during the Initial Service Period plus an amount to be mutually determined by the parties to compensate Seller for any increased manufacturing costs related to the provision of the Service Parts.
The Initial Service Period is shown in brackets following the amount of the Basic Termination Charge.
The Initial Service Period will automatically renew for consecutive Renewal Service Periods, unless either Party notifies the other Party in writing of non-renewal by no less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior written notice, taking effect at the end of the then-current period.
If a customer requests existing FRS-TPP service to be converted to a monthly rate basis at any time prior to the expiration of the Initial Service Period or Extended Service Period, the request will be treated as a discontinuance of service and termination charges will apply.
