Initial Service Term definition

Initial Service Term means the (initial) service term from the Service Activation Date as stated on the Customer Order or, if not stated, a minimum of oneyearfromthe Service Activation Date , unless the contrary is clearly indicated.

Initial Service Term means the minimum contract or service period that the Service is subscribed by you and to be provided by TIME as specified in the Service Order or as may be specified in the applicable Service Schedule;

Initial Service Term or “Initial Term” means the initial period starting on the Service Commencement Date during which the Service will be provided to Customer as stated in the Service Order or, if not stated, the period starting on the Service Commencement Date and ending on the day before the first anniversary of the Service Commencement Date.

Examples of Initial Service Term in a sentence

• Orixcom also may require the Customer to provide Security for Charges due under this Agreement as a condition of continued receipt of the Service if Customer has failed to pay two consecutive undisputed invoices by their respective due dates or has failed to pay three undisputed invoices in any 12-month period by their respective due dates or if Orixcom reasonably concludes from Customer’s communication with Orixcom that Customer intends to breach any of Customer’s Initial Service Term commitment(s).

• Company reserves the right to change the Fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges and Fees at the end of the Initial Service Term or then- current renewal term, upon thirty (30) days’ prior notice to Customer (which may be sent by email to the Customer).

Initial Service Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

Unless sooner terminated as provided in this Section 2, these Terms will be effective beginning on the Effective Date and remain in effect for the combined duration of the Initial Service Term and any subsequent Service Term (each a “Renewal Term”), such that these Terms are coterminous with the natural expiration or earlier termination of the latest Order Form. The Initial Service Term collectively with each Renewal Term is the “Term”.

Initial Service Term twelve (12) months, or, if you have a Lease, the Lease Term.

Initial Service Term for each Service shall be twelve (12) months following the Effective Date or such other period as may be set forth in the Services Schedule. The Services Term shall continue beyond the Initial Service Term until terminated pursuant to this ARTICLE IV.

Initial Service Term has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(a) of this Agreement.
