Initial Service Term definition
Initial Service Term means the initial period starting on the Service Commencement Date during which the Service will be provided to Customer as stated in the Service Order or, if not stated, the period starting on the Service Commencement Date and ending on the one year anniversary thereof.
Initial Service Term means the minimum contract or service period that the Service is subscribed by you and to be provided by TIME as specified in the Service Order or as may be specified in the applicable Service Schedule;
Initial Service Term is as defined in Subsection 3.2 of the MSA.

You will pay the SLA fees for the Initial Service Term and any Renewal Service Term(s).
We may increase the SLA fees after the Initial Service Term, and any increases will be reflected on your invoice.
Company reserves the right to change the Fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges and Fees at the end of the Initial Service Term or then-current renewal term, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Customer (which may be sent by email).
The Initial Service Term of each Service Order shall be as specified in the Service Order.
The Initial Service Term for the Service at issue shall commence on the date on which the Service has been installed, tested and is active and available for use by Customer (the “Service Commencement Date”).
More Definitions of Initial Service Term
Initial Service Term means the initial period specified in the Service Order. “Metadata” means non-personally identifiable data or information thatprovides information about the use of theCloud Services, Customer Data and/or Use Records. “Empire Communications” “we”, “our” or “us” has the meaning set out in Section 14.1 (ECI Entity). “Provisioning Information” means information provided byyou to usabout a User which is used to provide/provision theEntitlements (e.g. firstname, lastname, user name,IP address, phone number, phone extension, e-mail address). “Service Activation Date” means the date on which an Entitlement is first made available to you for use. In the event a Service Orderincludes multiple Sites and/or multiple Entitlements, the Service Activation Date will be the date the first Entitlement is available ata Site. Each Entitlement will beconsidered to have been “first made available to you for use” when a user profile has been provided to you. Entitlements added following activation of a profile will beconsidered to have been “first made available to you for use” as of the date added to your account. “Service Fees” means all monthly recurring service fees, nonrecurring fees, set-up fees, usage includingoveragebasedfees,rentalfees, Hardwarecostsand ImplementationServicesfeesandanyotherchargesand fees which you haveagreed to ina Signed Quotation. “Signed Quotation” means an ordering document signed and submitted by you to us or one of our Authorized Partners, detailing the Entitlements, Hardwareand Implementation Services whichyouhave ordered from us or our Authorized Partner, as applicable. “Service Term” means the Initial Service Term and Service Renewal Terms (as defined below), if any. “SIP Services” the session initiation protocol services over which voice communicationsare connected to the public switched telephone networkand delivered to you. “Site” meansaphysicallocation associated to aspecific streetaddress where Services arebeingprovided. “SOW” means a statement of work which we may agree to perform for you from time to time. “User” means your employees, consultants, contractors, or agents who you have authorized to use an Entitlement in support of your internal operations and given user logins and passwords. “User Content” means the information shared amongst Users or transmitted/received by a User(s) to/from a third party(s), via the Cloud Services (e.g. chats, files, voice- mails). “Use Records” means records pertaining to a User’s use of the Cloud Serv...
Initial Service Term means the Initial Service Term specified in the Order Form or the period from the Effective Date through the expiration of the initial Service Term. Unless sooner terminated as provided in this Section 2, these Terms will be effective beginning on the Effective Date and remain in effect for the combined duration of the Initial Service Term and any subsequent Service Term (each a “Renewal Term”), such that these Terms are coterminous with the natural expiration or earlier termination of the latest Order Form. The Initial Service Term collectively with each Renewal Term is the “Term”.
Initial Service Term twelve (12) months, or, if you have a Lease, the Lease Term.
Initial Service Term means the (initial) service term from the Service Activation Date or Acceptance Date as stated on the Customer Order Form or, if not stated, one year from the Service Activation Date or Acceptance Date. "Telecommunications Network” shall mean the telecommunication system(s) that are owned, operated or used by HUGE from time to time.

Initial Service Term means the contracted period specified in the applicable Order Form. “Transaction Volume” or “Invoice Volume” means the aggregate dollar or other currency amount, or other agreed upon measurement amount, invoiced by Customer using the Services for a specific monthly or other period as identified in the applicable Order Form and is measured by taking the sum of such agreed upon measurement amounts posted using the Services for such monthly or other period; “Renewal Service Term” means each subsequent renewal period beginning on the expiration of the Initial Term; “Intellectual Property Rights” means unpatented inventions, patent applications, patents, design rights, copyrights, trademarks, service
