Injection Fee definition

Injection Fee is defined in Article 12.4.1;
Injection Fee. (expressed in Eurocent per kWh) times all Injection Contract Quantities (including interruptible quantities which are not interrupted). The Injection Fee shall be thirty seven divided by one hundred thousand (0.00037) times the Average Forward Baseload Electricity Price; whereby

The Injection Fee shall be 0.0069 times the TenneT Cost Ratio plus thirty one divided by one hundred thousand (0.00031) times the Average Forward Baseload Electricity Price (in Euro/MWh); whereby the “Average Forward Baseload Electricity Price” for any Gas Storage Year means the average of the end-of-day settlement prices for Dutch power baseload for the calendar year in which such Gas Storage Year starts (in Euro per MWh) as published by the Reference Index as forward prices on each day from 15 November (inclusive) to 30 November (inclusive) in the calendar year immediately preceding such Gas Storage Year, calculated by aggregating such end-of-day settlement prices and dividing such aggregated number by the number of days providing such prices;

Related to Injection Fee

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • interchange fee means a fee paid between the payment service providers of the payer and of the payee for each direct debit transaction;

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Sewage sludge fee weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, excluding admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Annual sewage sludge fees, as per section 3745.11(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code, are based on the reported sludge fee weight for the most recent calendar year.

  • Concession Fee for a particular month shall mean the higher of the following:

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Application Fee means the non-refundable fee required by Owner to process the Application. The Application Fee covers Owner’s time and expense in obtaining information about you such as checking your references and obtaining and reviewing your consumer report.  Administration Fee: “Administration Fee” is a one-time fee required by Owner. The Administration Fee includes items such as the preparation of this Lease Contract and related Documents, setting up your account ledger and other time, costs and expenses associated with the processing of this Lease Contract. The Administration Fee will be refunded to you ONLY if: i) an Exclusive Bed Space cannot be leased to you, ii) your Application is not approved by Owner, or iii) you withdraw your Application within 72 hours after signing the Application (pursuant to the terms of the Application). Otherwise, the Administration Fee shall be retained by Owner as liquidated damages, including but not limited to situations where you either: i) fail to sign this Lease Contract after approval by Owner, or ii) 72 or more hours have passed after your execution of the Application. You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.
