The Injection Fee shall be 0.0069 times the TenneT Cost Ratio plus thirty one divided by one hundred thousand (0.00031) times the Average Forward Baseload Electricity Price (in Euro/MWh); whereby the “Average Forward Baseload Electricity Price” for any Gas Storage Year means the average of the end-of-day settlement prices for Dutch power baseload for the calendar year in which such Gas Storage Year starts (in Euro per MWh) as published by the Reference Index as forward prices on each day from 15 November (inclusive) to 30 November (inclusive) in the calendar year immediately preceding such Gas Storage Year, calculated by aggregating such end-of-day settlement prices and dividing such aggregated number by the number of days providing such prices;

Examples of Injection Fee in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the injection will still be subject to Variable Injection Fee.

  • When AP is no longer in receipt of 45Q tax credits, the Annual Injection Fee Per Ton for a given Specific Area of Interest shall be fixed for the balance of the term of this Agreement with respect to such a Specific Area of Interest at its then current value.

  • Carrier shall provide an additive US-DOCS\70615498.10 injection system and shall blend additives into Company’s Products as instructed by Company, and for each Barrel of a Product into which one or more additives are blended, Company shall pay to Carrier the Additive Injection Fee determined in accordance with Exhibit B.

  • The Annual Rental shall be paid without termination or discount for the first three (3) years of the Primary Term, provided that Operator may offset or deduct the Annual Rental from the Injection Fee, if any, to be paid for any calendar year (If injection activities commence after July 1 of a calendar year, the offset shall only be up to 50% of said Annual Rental).

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.
