Innovation Grant definition

Innovation Grant means a grant made, or proposed to be made, by the Recipient, out of the proceeds of the Financing, to a grant recipient for financing activities under Part 1 (b)(iii) of the Project in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Agreement and the Project Implementation Manual
Innovation Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made for purposes of a Sub-project to an eligible Beneficiary by the Federation MOH under Part A.3 or by the RS MOH under Part B.3 of the Project, as the case may be, from the proceeds of the Credit;
Innovation Grant means the innovation grants made, or proposed to be made, by the Recipient to Line Ministries and Agencies (as hereinafter defined), Dzongkhags, NGOs (as hereinafter defined), CBOs, or other entities, to finance a Workplan (as hereinafter defined) or a Sub-Project (as hereinafter defined), as the case may be;
