Innovation Grant definition

Innovation Grant means a grant made, or proposed to be made, by the Recipient, out of the proceeds of the Financing, to a grant recipient for financing activities under Part 1 (b)(iii) of the Project in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Agreement and the Project Implementation Manual
Innovation Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made for purposes of a Sub-project to an eligible Beneficiary by the Federation MOH under Part A.3 or by the RS MOH under Part B.3 of the Project, as the case may be, from the proceeds of the Credit;

  • Innovation means the implementation of a new or significantly improved product, service or process, including but not limited to production, building or construction processes, a new marketing method, or a new organisational method in business practices, workplace organisation or external relations inter alia with the purpose of helping to solve societal challenges or to support the Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;
