Delivery Agent means, in relation to any Series of Covered Bonds that contemplates physical settlement, the financial institution appointed as delivery agent for the purposes of such Covered Bonds and named as such in the applicable Final Terms;
Energy agent means a person that is duly registered pursuant to
Authorised Authority Representative means the Authority representative named in CCN as authorised to approve agreed Variations to the Contract.
Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;
Verification Agent As defined in Section 3.28.
Inquiry means information gathering and initial fact finding to determine whether an allegation or apparent instance of misconduct warrants an investigation.
Depository Agent is defined in Section 2.6(a) of the Agreement.
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
Authority Representative means the representative appointed by the Authority from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-2, the Indenture Trustee.
Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.
Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.
Distributor representative means a representative employed by a distributor branch or distributor.
Billing agent means a telephone utility that includes in a bill it sends to a customer a charge for a product or service offered by a service provider.[PL 1999, c. 59, §1 (NEW); PL 1999, c. 59, §3 (AFF).]
the Agent means the estate agency described at paragraph 5 of the Schedule;
Information Agent The meaning specified in Section 14.16.
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.
Enquiry the Customer instruction sent to the Dealer to obtain a currency quote. An enquiry does not imply the Customer’s obligation to open a trade.
Obligors’ Agent means the Company, appointed to act on behalf of each Obligor in relation to the Finance Documents pursuant to Clause 2.4 (Obligors’ Agent).
Disbursement Agent means Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, a national banking association, and its successors in interest, as disbursement agent under the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, and any successor Disbursement Agent under the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement.
Investigating Officer means the person appointed by the Monitoring Officer to undertake a formal investigation of a complaint alleging a breach of the Code of Conduct by a Subject Member. The Investigating Officer may be another senior officer of the District Council, an officer of another authority or an external investigator.
Licensee representative means an owner, director, officer, manager, employee, agent, or other representative of a licensee, to the extent that the person acts in a representative capacity.
Depositary Agent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(c) hereof.
Vendor Agent means any person mandated by a prime vendor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the prime vendor and thereby acquire rights for the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture against CIPC or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture in favour of CIPC or an organ of state.
Contractor Agent means any person mandated by a Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the Prime Contractor and thereby acquire rights for the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture against NHLS or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture in favour of NHLS or an organ of state.
