Instant Issue definition

Instant Issue means the limited function access device obtained at a merchant, point of sale, or other location/facility; and (2) The “Verified Card” means the fully functional access device achieved by successful completion of card registration and identity verification, the card provided will still be used but with differing functionality, reference the Instant Issue Card section below for additional information. A personalized card will be mailed upon successful completion of card registration, identity verification and a second load to your card. A Personalized Card is a Verified Card, difference being the card owners name is on the Card. “Card Owner” means the person who qualified for and opened the Card account and owns the funds in the Card Account. “Authorized User” means any person issued a card at the request of the Card Owner and authorized by the Card Owner to use the Card. “We”, “us”, “our” and “The Bank" mean Sunrise Banks, the issuer of the Card. “Card” means the Visa plastic prepaid card that is issued to you by us. "Card Account" means the Sunrise Banks deposit account or its associated account number. “Account Number” means the 16-digit number used to identify your Card Account. “Card Number” is the 16-digit number embossed on your Card. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays are not considered business days, even if we are open. “PIN” means personal identification number. “Access Information” means collectively your PIN, online user name, password, challenge questions, and any other security information used to access your Card Account.

"Access Information" means collectively your PIN, online user name, password, challenge questions, and any other security information used to access your Card Account.

Examples of Instant Issue in a sentence

  • Upon activation of your Personalized Card, your Instant Issue Card will be disabled and any unused Balance will transfer to the Personalized Card.

  • Please destroy your Instant Issue Card after you have successfully activated your Personalized Card.

  • Instant Issue cardholders cannot load funds onto the card after the initial load has been completed.

  • Where applicable, once you activate a Replacement Card, the money on your replaced Instant Issue Card will be automatically transferred to your new Replacement Card, and you will no longer be able to use the replaced Instant Issue Card.

  • Instant Issue cardholders cannot withdrawal cash at an ATM until they complete the necessary steps to obtain a Verified/Personalized Card.
