Ballot issue means a question that has been approved to be placed before the voters or is otherwise required by law to be placed before the voters. “Ballot issue” does not include the nomination or election of a candidate.
Event Issue Value means, with respect to any Common Unit as of any date of determination, (i) in the case of a Revaluation Event that includes the issuance of Common Units pursuant to a public offering and solely for cash, the price paid for such Common Units, or (ii) in the case of any other Revaluation Event, the Closing Price of the Common Units on the date of such Revaluation Event or, if the General Partner determines that a value for the Common Unit other than such Closing Price more accurately reflects the Event Issue Value, the value determined by the General Partner.
Top-Issue means issues and/or failures identified and prioritized jointly by SAP and Licensee in accordance with SAP standards which (i) endanger Go-Live of a pre-production system or (ii) have a significant business impact on a Production System.
Right Issue means an offer of shares open for a period fixed by the directors to holders of shares of the Company or any class thereof on the register on a fixed record date in proportion to their then holdings of such shares or class thereof (subject to such exclusions or other arrangements as the directors may deem necessary or expedient in relation to fractional entitlements or having regard to any restrictions or obligations under the laws of any relevant jurisdiction or the requirements of any recognized regulatory body or any stock exchange).”

Overissue means the purported issuance of:
Test Issue means any variance or non-conformity of the Services or Deliverables from their requirements as set out in the Call Off Contract;
electoral officer or “election committee” means a person or group of persons appointed by the community council to oversee and take responsibility for the election pursuant to Article B4.1. As appropriate, references in this Community Council Electoral Code to an electoral officer include an election committee and vice versa;
Alternate applicant in case of a minor means the parent/step-parent/court guardian who has made the application on behalf of the minor;
Commanding Officer means the Commanding Officer of a training ship furnished by the Administration.
Combatant Commander means the commander of a unified or specified combatant command established in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 161.
Disinfectant contact time or "T in CT calculations" means the time in minutes that it takes for water to move from the point of disinfectant application or the previous point of disinfectant residual measurement to a point before or at the point where residual disinfectant concentration (C) is measured. Where only one (1) C is measured, T is the time in minutes that it takes for water to move from the point of disinfectant application to a point before or at where C is measured. Child-resistant packaging means packaging that is designed or constructed to be significantly difficult for children under five years of age to open or obtain a toxic or harmful amount of the substance in the container within a reasonable time and not difficult for normal adults to use properly, but does not mean packaging that all children under five years of age cannot open or obtain a toxic or harmful amount of the substance in the container within a reasonable time.
Chief Electoral Officer means the person appointed by the PCMNO pursuant to Part A of the MNO Electoral Code;

Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.
