Insured Certificateholder definition

Insured Certificateholder. A Holder of an Insured Certificate.
Insured Certificateholder means, as to a particular Insured Certificate, the Person, other than the Depositor, any Servicer, the Master Servicer, the Trustee, the Seller, the Securities Administrator or any subservicer retained by a Servicer who, on the applicable Distribution Date, is entitled under the terms of the Insured Certificates to a distribution on the Insured Certificates.
Insured Certificateholder has the meaning given such term in the Certificate Insurance Policy.
