Customer Application. Customer is solely responsible for the development, implementation, operation, support, maintenance and security of each Customer Application.
Customer Application. Customer shall provide a customer application for each individual who shall be able to have contact with Provider. Anyone that is not on the customer application shall not be permitted to any information regarding the Customer account or users.
Customer Application. RedWage is required under Issuing Bank rules, Networks’ rules and federal law to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each business that opens an account and the personal information of its owners and/or representatives. The information regarding Customer that is required by RedWage includes, but is not limited to: company name, physical address, federal tax ID, bank account, business owner’s social security number, date of birth, driver’s license, and/or other identifying information. Such information will be treated as confidential information of the Customer. RedWage reserves the right to decline to open an account for Customer, for any reason in its sole discretion.
Customer Application. If Customer is providing a Customer Application for analysis by the Services, then Customer represents and warrants that it has the right to provide the Customer Application to Kryptowire for use and analysis in connection with the Services, that the Customer Application does not violate the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party, and that the Customer Application does not contain any viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other destructive computer program or application.

Customer Application. Customer hereby grants Agnostiq a worldwide, limited, non- exclusive right to access, distribute, and use the Customer Application solely as necessary to certify compatibility of such Customer Application with the Covalent Cloud Services. Upon such certification, Agnostiq may permit Customer to make the Customer Application available to End Customers via Agnostiq’s marketplace in accordance with and subject to Angostiq’s applicable marketplace terms and conditions. Customer Application. If Customer wishes to use the Covalent Cloud Services for it or Agnostiq to Process Personal Information other than Account Information, Customer will obtain Agnostiq’s prior written consent and Customer will agree to such additional agreements or Documentation as may be required by Agnostiq, in its sole discretion, in respect of such Processing of Personal Information. Customer is solely responsible for access, collection or transmission of any Personal Information on or via the Customer Application. Customer will be responsible for obtaining Permitted Users’ consent for any other use, including for marketing purposes, of End Customer contact information or Permitted User’s Personal Information obtained from Agnostiq, and Agnostiq will not be responsible or liable for such other use.
Customer Application. The Customer may allow Customer’s employees to access and use the SDK/API on Customer’s behalf to design an Application. The Customer may not rent, lease, sell, transfer, sublicense or time- share the Customer’s Application to any third-party without the express consent of iSIGHT. Customer shall retain all right, title or interest in the Application and as such, Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iSIGHT for any claims of infringement made against iSIGHT in connection with any Application. The Customer’s Application(s) must perform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and must ensure the security and confidentiality of iSIGHT’s Confidential Information. Customer assumes full responsibility for any breach of security caused by Customer’s Application(s) in connection with the Content, API, SDK, and specifically to any unauthorized disclosure of any FireEye Materials or FireEye Confidential Information.
