Interactive Streaming means a Streaming service via which the User does not (either contractually or operationally) have On‐demand Streaming access and, in contrast to a Webcast, where the User has the ability to influence the continuous output of music received, including, without limitation, where the User: (a) may start the music (often known as “station”) around a particular track, without actually playing such track, and the Licensed Service then recommends similar tracks, artists or genres; or (b) does not have knowledge of the next track or tracks to be played as part of the continuous output of music; or (c) may pause the music, skip forward to the next Musical Work for a limited number of times, or move forward or backward within the music.
