Interconnect Points definition

Interconnect Points means those designated points of demarcation of ownership and control for certain operations, equipment and facilities between the Fertilizer Plant and the Refinery located within the Shared Pipeline Easement Area, which points are depicted on the “Interconnect Points Drawingattached hereto as Exhibit E. Fertilizer Company is hereby deemed to own such of its operations, equipment and facilities which are located at points beginning at the common boundary of the Fertilizer Parcel and the Shared Pipeline Easement Area and which extend to and connect with the Interconnect Points located on the Refinery Parcel.
Interconnect Points is defined in Section 3.1.
Interconnect Points has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1 of this Exhibit A.

Examples of Interconnect Points in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge that there may be a need for additional Interconnect Points in the future as may be mutually agreed upon between the Parties, and the Parties hereby agree that the provisions of Sections 3.1 and 3.2 shall apply with respect to such future Interconnect Points.

  • Each Party shall also maintain its facilities, equipment and other improvements up to the Interconnect Points therefor which are located from time to time on the other Party’s Parcel.

  • The Interconnect Points Easement shall be deemed to cover all Interconnect Points, some of which are located on Parcel boundary lines and some of which are located within the interiors of the Parcels.

  • Fertilizer Company is hereby deemed to own such of its operations, equipment and facilities which are located at points beginning at the common boundary of the Fertilizer Parcel and the Shared Pipeline Easement Area and which extend to and connect with the Interconnect Points located on the Refinery Parcel.

  • CRNF is hereby deemed to own such of its operations, equipment and facilities which are located at points beginning at the common boundary of the Fertilizer Parcel and the Shared Pipeline Easement Area and which extend to and connect with the Interconnect Points located on the Refinery Parcel.

  • PRIMARY RECEIPT POINT(S) The Parties agree that TRANSPORTER may revise the Major Interconnect Point(s) of Receipt from time to time to add or delete interconnects, and such revisions shall be incorporated into this Agreement without amendment to this Agreement.

Related to Interconnect Points

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Interconnection means a connection between two or more individual Transmission Systems that normally operate in synchronism and have interconnecting intertie(s).

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.
