Interest Maintenance Reserve definition

Interest Maintenance Reserve means the reserve determined in accordance with SAP, the purpose of which is to amortize realized capital gains and losses resulting from fluctuations in the interest rate.
Interest Maintenance Reserve as used in this Agreement, means the interest maintenance reserve, determined in accordance with Page 3, Column 1, Line 9.4, of the Ceding Company’s 2007 NAIC annual statement blank, with respect to the Segregated Asset Portfolio described in Schedule E.
Interest Maintenance Reserve means the amounts set forth on Schedule 2.12 as revised as of the Effective Date. The calculation of the Interest Maintenance Reserve for purposes of Section 2.3(a)(i)(B) (the calculation of the Interest Maintenance Reserve created at the Effective Time as a direct result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement) shall be equal to any net pre-tax realized capital gains multiplied by 65%.

Interest Maintenance Reserve means the interest maintenance reserve, as determined in accordance with SAP, consistently applied.
