Interim Completion definition

Interim Completion means the achievement of the requirements for Substantial Completion for a particular Conservation Measure prior to the Substantial Completion Date.
Interim Completion means, in relation to any Interim Completion Element, the satisfaction of all the Interim Completion Conditions for such Interim Completion Element.

  • Base Progress Payments means all progress payments to be made under GC 5.4 – PROGRESS PAYMENTS for the period from the commencement of the Work to, in the case of the Interim Work, the Interim Completion Date and with respect to the balance of the Work, the Substantial Performance Date in respect to the Guaranteed Price but not including any progress payment in respect to the Additional Owner Payments.

Related to Interim Completion

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;

  • Test on Completion means such tests as prescribed in the Contract to be performed by the Contractor before the work is Taken Over by TSECL.
