Interim Facilities means that portion of the Facilities made available to the Borrowers prior to the Entry Date, as approved by the Interim Order. Examples of Interim Facilities in a sentence

  • Any monies received by the Pledgee as a result of the enforcement of the Pledge shall be applied by the Pledgee in or towards payment of the Secured Liabilities in accordance with the terms of the Interim Facilities Agreement.

Related to Interim Facilities

  • DIP Facilities means the DIP ABL Facility and the DIP Term Loan Facility.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Bridge Facility means the Commitments and any Advances made thereunder.
