Examples of Intermittent service in a sentence
Intermittent service shall be provided as defined in rule 441—83.81(249A).
A) Full-time serv- ice, and part-time service on or after July 1, 1962, are counted as calendar time from the date of appointment to date of separation.(B) Intermittent service on or after July 1, 1962 is counted as 1 day for each day an employee is in pay status, re- gardless of the number of hours for which the employee is actually paid on a given day.
Intermittent service outages for periods of less than two (2) hours are not considered service outages.
Intermittent service before March 1, 1986, is credited using a work year of 260 days or 2080 hours.
Intermittent service on and after March 1, 1986, is credited using a work year of 2087 hours.
Intermittent service: It is a contract executed to perform permanent but discontinuous activities in the workplace.
