Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Tines hereby grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Paid Offerings for Customer’s Internal Business Purpose (the “Subscription”) during the term set forth on the applicable Order Form (the “Subscription Term”).
For greater certainty, if Licensee has been granted additional certain rights pursuant to the Quote (e.g. distribution rights, rights to modify or support software, or right to embed software in Licensee’s solutions), “Permitted Use” shall also include the permission to exercise such additionally granted rights only in furtherance of Licensee’s Internal Business Purpose for the specific Software referenced in the Quote.
Support Services are provided to Customer solely for Customer’s Internal Business Purpose.
Except for its Internal Business Purpose, Customer shall not use any Technology in any manner to provide service bureau or time- sharing services to third parties or for the benefit of third parties.
Instead, the following restriction shall apply: the number of Computers on which You may use the Licensed Products for Your Internal Business Purpose must not exceed the number of User Licences.
