Internal Business Purpose definition

Internal Business Purpose means Customer’s (or, where permitted by the relevant Order, its permitted Affiliates’) use for its or their own internal business operations on Customer’s systems, networks and devices with Customer’s data (or on or with those of its permitted Affiliates). Such use does not include use by Customer on a service bureau basis or otherwise to provide services to, or process data for, any third party.

Internal Business Purpose means your use of an Offering for your own internal business operations, based on the analysis, monitoring or processing of your data from your systems, net-works and devices. Such use does not include use on a service bureau basis or otherwise to provide services to, or process data for, any third party, or otherwise use to monitor or service the systems, networks and devices of third parties.

Internal Business Purpose means use of the Hosted Services or Hosted Services System solely to support the internal organization of Customer in pursuit of ordinary and customary internal transportation-related business operations, and without limiting the foregoing not for any purpose restricted by Section 7 hereof.

• For greater certainty, if Licensee has been granted additional certain rights pursuant to the Quote (e.g. distribution rights, rights to modify or support software, or right to embed software in Licensee’s solutions), “Permitted Use” shall also include the permission to exercise such additionally granted rights only in furtherance of Licensee’s Internal Business Purpose for the specific Software referenced in the Quote.

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Tines hereby grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Paid Offerings for Customer’s Internal Business Purpose (the “Subscription”) during the term set forth on the applicable Order Form (the “Subscription Term”).

• Support Services are provided to Customer solely for Customer’s Internal Business Purpose.

• Except for its Internal Business Purpose, Customer shall not use any Technology in any manner to provide service bureau or time- sharing services to third parties or for the benefit of third parties.

• Customer may enable access of the Service and, as applicable, Additional Offerings for use only by Authorized Parties solely in furtherance of Customer’s Internal Business Purposes and in accordance with the Documentation but not for the benefit of any third parties except for third parties supported and served as part of Customer’s Internal Business Purpose.
