Internal Investigation definition

Internal Investigation means any inquiry, investigation, probe, audit or inspection conducted by a member of the Parent Group or the SpinCo Group.
Internal Investigation means the internal investigation of the Group Companies initiated by the Company’s Audit Committee with the assistance of external advisors into matters involving the Company’s historical accounting treatment and associated financial statement disclosure.
