International LNG Terminal Standards definition

International LNG Terminal Standards means to the extent not inconsistent with the express requirements of this Agreement, the international standards and practices applicable to the operation and maintenance of LNG receiving and regasification terminals, established by the following (such standards to apply in the following order of priority): (i) a Government Authority having jurisdiction over Owner; (ii) the Society of International Gas Tanker and Terminal Operators; and (iii) any other internationally recognized non-governmental agency or organization with whose standards and practices it is customary for Reasonable and Prudent Operators of LNG receiving and regasification terminals to comply. In the event of a conflict between any of the priorities noted above, the priority with the lowest roman numeral noted above shall prevail.
International LNG Terminal Standards means to the extent not inconsistent with the express requirements of the Common Terms Agreement, the international standards and practices applicable to the design, construction, equipment, operation or maintenance of LNG receiving, exporting, liquefaction and regasification terminals, established by the following (such standards to apply in the following order of priority): (i) a Government Authority having jurisdiction over the Borrower, (i) the Society of International Gas Tanker and Terminal Operators ("SIGTTO") (or any successor body of the same) and (iii) any other internationally recognized non-governmental agency or organization with whose standards and practices it is customary for reasonable and prudent operators of LNG receiving, exporting, liquefaction and regasification terminals to comply. In the event of a conflict between any of the priorities noted above, the priority with the lowest Roman numeral noted above shall prevail.
International LNG Terminal Standards means, to the extent not inconsistent with the express requirements of this Agreement, the international standards and practices applicable to the design, equipment, operation or maintenance of LNG receiving and regasification terminals, established by the following (such standards to apply in the following order of priority): (i) a Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over FLNG; (ii) the Society of International Gas Tanker and Terminal Operators (“SIGTTO”); and (iii) any other internationally recognized non-governmental agency or organization with whose standards and practices it is customary for Reasonable and Prudent Operators of LNG receiving and regasification terminals to comply. In the event of a conflict between any of the priorities noted above, the priority with the lowest roman numeral noted above shall prevail.

Examples of International LNG Terminal Standards in a sentence

  • On and after the Commercial Start Date, SABINE shall at all times provide, maintain and operate (or cause to be provided, maintained and operated) the Sabine Pass Facility taking into consideration the following: (i) International LNG Terminal Standards; and (ii) to the extent not inconsistent with International LNG Terminal Standards, such good and prudent practices as are generally followed in the LNG industry by Reasonable and Prudent Operators of LNG receiving and regasification terminals.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein in the case of an Emergency, Operator shall act in accordance with Applicable Law, the FERC Authorization and International LNG Terminal Standards as Operator deems necessary to prevent damage, injury or loss or to counteract or otherwise mitigate the effects of such Emergency.

  • Acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, SABINE shall develop and maintain a single services manual (the “Sabine Pass Services Manual”), applicable to Customer and all Other Customers, which shall take into consideration International LNG Terminal Standards, and which shall contain detailed implementation procedures consistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement necessary for performance of this Agreement (but excluding the matters governed by the Sabine Pass Marine Operations Manual).

  • SABINE shall at all times provide, maintain and operate (or cause to be provided, maintained and operated) the Sabine Pass Facility in accordance with the following: (i) International LNG Terminal Standards; and (ii) to the extent not inconsistent with International LNG Terminal Standards, such good and prudent practices as are generally followed in the LNG industry by Reasonable and Prudent Operators of similar LNG terminals.

International LNG Terminal Standards has the meaning assigned to such term in the Definitions Agreement.
International LNG Terminal Standards means, to the extent not inconsistent with the express requirements of this Agreement, the international standards and practices applicable to the design, construction, equipment, operation or maintenance of LNG receiving and regasification terminals, established by the following (such standards to apply in the following order of priority): (a) a Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over SABINE; (b) the Society of International Gas Tanker and Terminal Operators (“SIGTTO”) to the extent adopted by SABINE; and (c) any other internationally recognized non-governmental agency or organization with whose standards and practices it is customary for Reasonable and Prudent Operators of LNG receiving and regasification terminals to comply.

In the event of a conflict between any of the priorities noted above, the priority with the lowest roman numeral noted above shall prevail.

In the event of a conflict between either of the priorities noted above, the priority with the lowest Roman numeral noted above shall prevail. KPI has the meaning given to such term in Clause 8.6. Law means all national, federal and state statutes, orders, rules, decrees, rulings, decisions, laws (including health, safety, and environmental laws), regulations and international conventions, codes, and treaties, as the same may be modified and amended from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
