Internet resource definition

Internet resource means an Internet resource of the Bank (website) at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ or other address, the link to which as the official Internet resource of the Bank is provided on the website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇;
Internet resource means a Site containing information about the Goods/Services, the Contractor, allowing you to select, order and (or) purchase one or another Service. Site Administration it is also the Contractor under the Offer Agreement for the provision of services, as well as authorized employees to manage the Site, acting on behalf of GGPlatfom Limited. User (hereinafter referred to as the User) means a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site in non-prohibited ways. Application means an Appendix to the Offer Agreement containing information, essential conditions necessary for the provision of the Services. The application is filled in by the User independently according to the form presented on the Contractor's website. The application is an integral part of the Offer Agreement.
