Interpretation Plan definition

Interpretation Plan means a document that explains the ways in which a place could be interpreted. Interpretation Plans should aim to increase both our understanding and our enjoyment of heritage places.
Interpretation Plan is a report that details the measures that will be utilised to communicate the heritage significance of the designated heritage building on the Site in accordance with the strategy detailed in the Conservation Plan to the satisfaction of the Senior Manager, Heritage Planning;
Interpretation Plan means the Interpretation Plan (if any) in respect of the Place described in Item 8 of the Schedule;

Related to Interpretation Plan

  • Interpretation Act means the Interpretation Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;

Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.

  • Management Incentive Plan means the Company’s bonus program, as implemented by the Company’s board of directors from time to time and pursuant to which the Executive may receive incentive-based compensation at fiscal year end.

  • Plan Documents means the reports, proposals, preliminary plans, survey and basis of design data, general and detail construction plans, profiles, specifications and all other information pertaining to equipment.
