Interstate reciprocity agreement definition

Interstate reciprocity agreement means an interstate reciprocity agreement entered into and administered, or recognized, by the commission in accordance with section 261.2, subsection 12.
Interstate reciprocity agreement means a voluntary agreement that establishes reciprocity between willing states for approval of postsecondary educational services delivered by distance learning beyond state boundaries (Section 10 of the Act).
