Introducing Party definition

Introducing Party has the meaning given to that term in Clause 9.1 (ownership of background);
Introducing Party means an individual or corporate entity who shall introduce a Site to McDonald’s and who shall satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in clause 2;

Examples of Introducing Party in a sentence

  • The licence granted by an Introducing Party pursuant to Clause (a) shall not include a right to grant sublicences, save for a right to grant sublicences to any subcontractors or other third parties approved by the Parties pursuant to Schedule 3 and to the extent reasonably necessary for, carrying out its work under the particular Work Package(s), to be subject to only those restrictions on its use which have been specified in writing in the register in accordance with Clause 9.2 above.

  • All Background shall be treated as Confidential Information belonging to the Introducing Party.

  • The Introducing Party grants and agrees to grant to each of the Work Package Parties that require same, a non-exclusive royalty-free, non-assignable, worldwide licence to use that Introducing Party’s Background solely for the purpose of, and to the extent reasonably necessary for, carrying out its work under the relevant Work Package(s), and for no other purpose, and only for the Term.

Related to Introducing Party

  • Producing Party means the parties to this action and any third-parties producing “Confidential Information” in connection with depositions, document production or otherwise, or the party asserting the confidentiality privilege, as the case may be.

  • Introducing Broker means any financial institution or advisor or legal or natural person obtaining remuneration from the Company and/or Clients for introducing Clients/interested parties to the Company.

  • Financing Party means any and all Persons, or the agents or trustees representing them, providing senior or subordinated debt or tax equity financing or refinancing (including letters of credit, bank guaranties or other credit support).

  • Introducer shall have the meaning as set put in paragraph 39.1 of this Client Agreement.

  • Billing Party means the Party rendering a bill.

  • Other Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).

  • Authorized Party means the person who is authorized to approve an Award, exercise discretion, or take action under the Administrative Procedure for the Performance Share Program and pursuant to the Program. With regard to Senior Officers, the Committee is the Authorized Party. With regard to other Employees, the Chief Executive Officer, acting as the Special Equity Award Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, is the Authorized Party, although the Committee may act concurrently as the Authorized Party.

  • Selling Party has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Net Sales.”

  • Aggrieved party means a party entitled to pursue a remedy.

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

  • Receiving Party means the Party receiving Confidential Information.

  • Lender Recipient Party means collectively, the Lenders, the Swing Line Lender and the L/C Issuers.

  • Party or “Parties” has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • BRRD Party means any party to this Agreement subject to the Bail-in Legislation.

  • Selling Institution The entity obligated to make payments to the Issuer under the terms of a Participation Interest.
