Company authorizes F&M BANK to purchase Securities at the beginning of each Overnight Period with Investable Funds.
Investable Funds (being amounts representing Costs of Issuance and Prepaid Service Charges) shall be invested by the Service Corporation in Authorized Investments that mature in the amounts and at the times the related Investable Funds are needed to make the payments for which such funds were received by the Service Corporation.
