Investable Funds definition

Investable Funds means the sum of (i) the net proceeds from the IPO and the Offering; (ii) the net proceeds from the Private Placements; and (iii) the net proceeds received from the Mortgage Loans;

Investable Funds means the sum of (i) the net proceeds from the Offering of the Class A Units, the Class F Units and Class U Units; (ii) the net proceeds from the Private Placement; and (iii) the net proceeds received from the Mortgage Loans;

Investable Funds is Borrower’s unrestricted cash and cash equivalents minus $3,000,000.

• Except for Activities associated with bond sale Proceeds, neither the I-Bank nor any of its representatives shall execute and have outstanding investment trades with one counterparty at any given time, whereby the Principal amount represented by such trades exceeds 20% of all Investable Funds thereby minimizing the risk of loss or litigation to the Investment Portfolio should the counterparty be unable to fulfill its obligation for any reason.

More Definitions of Investable Funds

Investable Funds means the sum of (i) the net proceeds from the Offering of the Units;
