Investigations Officer definition

Investigations Officer means a person or person’s being a director, manager, employee or contractor of AAL who has the responsibility for conducting preliminary investigations into reports received from a Disclosing Person, which under this Policy is the Executive General Manager Finance and Corporate who may delegate to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager as required.
Investigations Officer means a list of persons approved by the CEO who may be invited to investigate matters pursuant to Rule 7, 9 and 10.
