Investigators means collectively, the Lead Principal Investigator, Team Principal Investigators and Co-Investigators;
Investigator means an individual who is:
Criminal investigatory record means a record which is not
Competent and reliable scientific evidence means tests, analyses, research, studies, or other evidence based on the expertise of professionals in the relevant area, that has been conducted and evaluated in an objective manner by persons qualified to do so, using procedures generally accepted in the profession to yield accurate and reliable results.
Professional geologist means a person who is a graduate of an institution of higher education which is accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency, with a minimum of thirty semester (forty-five quarter) hours of undergraduate or graduate work in a field of geology and whose post-baccalaureate training has been in the field of geology with a specific record of an additional five years of geological experience to include no more than two years of graduate work. 23-41-208, C.R.S. and 34-1-201, C.R.S.
Principal Investigator means the Personnel who is identified as principally responsible for the performance and supervision of research associated with a Contract.
Speech pathologist means a person who engages in the application of principles, methods, and procedures for the measurement, testing, evaluation, prediction, consultation, counseling, instruction, habilitation, rehabilitation, or remediation related to the development and disorders of speech, fluency, voice, or language for the purpose of nonmedically evaluating, preventing, ameliorating, modifying, or remediating such disorders and conditions in individuals or groups of individuals.
Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder means medically necessary assessments, evaluations, or tests
Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.
Private investigator means any individual who engages in the business of, or accepts employment
Licensed health professional means a physician; physician assistant; nurse practitioner; physical, speech or occupational therapist; registered professional nurse; licensed practical nurse; or licensed or certified social worker.
Screening means the process to determine whether the person seeking assistance needs further comprehensive assessment.
Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.
Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
Cosmetologist means any person who administers cosmetic treatments; manicures or pedicures the nails of any person; arranges, dresses, curls, waves, cuts, shapes, singes, waxes, tweezes, shaves, bleaches, colors, relaxes, straightens, or performs similar work, upon human hair, or a wig or hairpiece, by any means, including hands or mechanical or electrical apparatus or appliances unless such acts as adjusting, combing, or brushing prestyled wigs or hairpieces do not alter the prestyled nature of the wig or hairpiece, and practices cosmetology for compensation. The term "cosmetologist" shall not include hair braiding upon human hair, or a wig or hairpiece.
Laboratory or “LANL” means the geographical location of Los Alamos National Laboratory, a federally funded research and development center owned by the DOE / NNSA.
Abuse Investigation and Protective Services means reporting and investigation activities as required by OAR 407-045-0300 and any subsequent services or supports necessary to prevent further abuse as required by OAR 407-045-0310.
Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor means the Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor of the Authority, as the case may be
Mental health professional means a psychiatrist,
Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.
Audiologist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice audiology.
Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the environmental and social management framework of the Project States dated March 31, 2005, and amended on August 4, 2008, which, inter alia, sets forth the environmental and social safeguards applicable to the Project, including the identification, assessment and mitigation of potential environmental, resettlement, and social impacts arising from carrying out Project activities, measures to protect cultural property, proposed management and mitigation measures, and the relevant institutional framework required, as updated by the Project States from time to time in a manner satisfactory to the Association;
Genetic counselor means a person licensed by the Board to engage in the practice of genetic
Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) means an individual who instructs and assists individuals in the alcohol testing process and who operates the EBT.
Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
