Investment Choice definition

Investment Choice means the fund, trust, company stock or similar investment vehicle in which a Participant’s Investment Funds Account is notionally invested. The Committee shall designate the Investment Choices available with respect to each Award.
Investment Choice means an instruction to you by a Legacy Member as to which investment options in the Legacy Plan you were to invest the entirety, or a partial amount, of their account balance in the Legacy Plan.
Investment Choice means investment choice created, made available and/or maintained by the Company from time to time under the Plan for subscription within this Policy.

  • Unlike the Investment Choice options, members make their own selection from the Approved Investment Menu and the responsibility for each type of, or a mix of, investments the member selects, and the associated risk level decision rests with the member.

Investment Choice means the underlying investment options available to you, which track a specified index or combination of indices in pre-defined exposures, implemented using CIS Portfolios.

Related to Investment Choice

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Investment Plan means the document in terms of which the special purpose vehicle will invest in unlisted investments and all matters incidental thereto;

  • Investment Strategy is the processes and policies implemented by the Investment Manager for pursuing a particular investment objective managed by an Investment Team.

  • Investment Letter shall have the meaning specified in subsection 9.07(a).

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.

  • Investment Management Agreement means the Investment Management Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Investment Manager and the Borrower.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Investment Entity means any Entity that conducts as a business (or is managed by an entity that conducts as a business) one or more of the following activities or operations for or on behalf of a customer: (1) trading in money market instruments (cheques, bills, certificates of deposit, derivatives, etc.); foreign exchange; exchange, interest rate and index instruments; transferable securities; or commodity futures trading; (2) individual and collective portfolio management; or (3) otherwise investing, administering, or managing funds or money on behalf of other persons. This subparagraph 1(j) shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with similar language set forth in the definition of “financial institution” in the Financial Action Task Force Recommendations.

  • Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.

  • Special Purpose Investment Personnel means each SEI Access Person who, in connection with his or her regular functions (including, where appropriate, attendance at Board meetings and other meetings at which the official business of a Trust or any Fund thereof is discussed or carried on), obtains contemporaneous information regarding the purchase or sale of a Security by a Fund. Special Purpose Investment Personnel shall occupy this status only with respect to those Securities as to which he or she obtains such contemporaneous information.

  • Widely Held Fixed Investment Trust as that term is defined in Treasury Regulations section 1.671-5(b)(22) or successor provisions.

  • Investment is any beneficial ownership interest in any Person (including stock, partnership interest or other securities), and any loan, advance or capital contribution to any Person.

  • Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines approved by the Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the approval of a majority of the entire Board (which must include a majority of the Independent Directors).

  • Investment Adviser or "Adviser" means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;
