Investment Interests definition

Investment Interests means any financial instruments traded by the Client or an Investment Fund or a Managed Account in which the Client is invested or any Manager for any of the foregoing, including but not limited to securities, indices, commodities, futures contracts, forward contracts, foreign exchange commitments, swap contracts, spot (cash) commodities and other items, options on any of the foregoing, and any rights pertaining to the foregoing contracts, instruments or investments throughout the world.

Examples of Investment Interests in a sentence

Related to Investment Interests

  • Eligible interests means interests or memberships.

  • Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Partnership Interests shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 [Subsidiaries].

  • PIPE Investment Amount means the aggregate gross purchase price received by Acquiror prior to or substantially concurrently with Closing for the shares in the PIPE Investment.
