Investment Regulations definition

Investment Regulations means the Local Government Pension Scheme (Management and Investment of Funds) Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/946). Joint Governance Committee means the joint committee formed by this Agreement. LGPS the Local Government Pension Scheme established pursuant to regulations made by the Secretary of State in exercise of powers under section 7 and 12 of the Superannuation Xxx 0000 and the provisions of the PSPA 2013.
