Investor Equity Investment means an equity investment by the Sponsor, along with additional co-investors designated by the Sponsor, on or prior to the Closing Date in Parent (which equity investment will be a preferred equity investment) in an aggregate amount up to $320,000,000 or such lower amount permitted by that certain Investor Equity Purchase Agreement.
Investor Equity Investment means, at the time of determination, the aggregate consideration (whether cash or otherwise) paid by the Investors to acquire the Investor Shares Purchased from time to time, without giving effect to any reduction resulting from any Sale.
