Invoices and Payment. All invoices for work completed by vender must be submitted to Xxxxxxxx Real Estate, Inc., (preferably by email) with an invoice number, the corresponding AppFolio work order number and property address. Invoices must be submitted within 45 days after completion of work. Based on a 30-day rent payment cycle, Xxxxxxxx Real Estate, Inc. shall have a minimum of 30 days to issue payment for any invoices and reserves the right to inspect any and all work completed before completing payment.   • Invoicing and Payment Policy means the invoicing and payment policy. A copy of our current Invoicing and Payment Policy is attached as Exhibit B.

  • Funding and Payment Office means (i) the office of Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender located at Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx or (ii) such other office of Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender as may from time to time hereafter be designated as such in a written notice delivered by Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender to Company and each Lender.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Upfront Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Net Payment means the amount the Issuer or any paying agent pays the Holder after deducting or withholding an amount for or on account of any present or future tax, assessment or other governmental charge imposed with respect to that payment by a taxing authority (including any withholding or deduction attributable to additional amounts payable pursuant to this Section).

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Next Payment means, in respect of each Next Payment Date, the greater of (i) the amount of any payments due to be made by Party A under Section 2(a) on such Next Payment Date less any payments due to be made by Party B under Section 2(a) on such Next Payment Date (in each case, after giving effect to any applicable netting under Section 2(c)) and (ii) zero.

  • Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.

  • Bond Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Bond is payable.

  • Payment Business Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in Stockholm and Frankfurt am Main and on which the Clearing System settles payments in the Issue Currency.
