IP Device means IP-enabled station sets, expansion modules and handsets approved by CenturyLink for use with the Service.

IP Device means (A) an IP-enabled device that (i) satisfies the content protection requirements set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto; and (ii) enforces the usage rules set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto or (B) a Portable Device that (i) satisfies the content protection requirements set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto; and (ii) enforces the usage rules set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto. For purposes of clarification and not of limitation, a set-top box that meets the above criteria may be an “Approved IP Device.”
IP Device means a programmable logic device, including a field programmable gate array (FPGA) or complex programmable logic device (CPLD) or a processor, developed, designed or manufactured by or for Helion IP.
