Isolated Vulnerable Peoples Framework definition

Isolated Vulnerable Peoples Framework means the framework adopted by the Borrower through KIMPRASWIL on January 29, 2004, setting forth the measures and actions to be taken during the implementation of the Project for: (i) the informed involvement of Isolated Vulnerable People, through a process of informed participation, in the design and implementation of each Sub-project to be, or being, carried out in a location in which such people reside or use for their livelihood; and (ii) designing and implementing mitigation measures on possible impacts of the Project on Isolated Vulnerable People which are socially and culturally acceptable to them; as such framework may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association.
Isolated Vulnerable Peoples Framework means the framework, acceptable to the Bank, adopted by the Borrower through MPW on February 24, 2010 (Letter No. UM 0206-CB/189) setting forth the measures and actions to be taken during the implementation of the Project for: (i) the informed involvement of Isolated Vulnerable People, through a process of informed participation, in the design and implementation of each Sub-project to be, or being, carried out in a location in which such people reside or use for their livelihood; and (ii) designing and implementing measures to provide benefits which are socially and culturally acceptable to them, and reduce, mitigate and offset adverse impacts of Sub-projects, as such Isolated Vulnerable People Framework; as such framework may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Bank and the Borrower.
Isolated Vulnerable Peoples Framework means the Isolated Vulnerable Peoples Framework issued by the Recipient on April 17, 2007, setting out the program of actions and policies designed to facilitate a process of free, prior and informed consultation involving Isolated Vulnerable Peoples, including teachers and communities, on the design and implementation of the Project, including the Grants, and to ensure that such Isolated Vulnerable Peoples derive benefits from the Project which are socially, economically and culturally appropriate, and gender and inter-generationally inclusive. “KKG/MGMP” means Kelompok Kerja Guru/Musyawarah Guru ▇▇▇▇ Pelajaran, a teachers working group at a primary/junior secondary level established in accordance with the Working Group Grants Implementation Manual and having the legal capacity to enter into a grant contract.

Isolated Vulnerable Peoples Framework means the Isolated Vulnerable Peoples Framework acceptable to the Bank, dated November 15, 2009, and the technical guidelines for implementation thereof, adopted by the Borrower, and giving details of the rules, guidelines and procedures needed to: (a) involve Isolated Vulnerable People, through a process of informed consultation, in the design and implementation of Sub-projects in locations in which such people reside or make their living; and (b) design and implement measures to provide benefits which are socially and culturally acceptable to them, and reduce, mitigate and offset adverse impacts of Sub-projects, as such Isolated Vulnerable People Development Framework may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Bank.
