Issuance Expense Fund definition

Issuance Expense Fund means the Warren City School District Issuance Expense Fund, to be established in the custody of the Trustee under the Trust Agreement for the deposit, investment and application of that portion of the Certificates, if any, specified in the Purchase Agreement, and used to pay costs of issuing the Certificates.
Issuance Expense Fund means the Issuance Expense Fund created in Section 3.02 of the Indenture.
Issuance Expense Fund means, as to the Series 2021 Certificates, the Series 2021 Account within the Issuance Expense Fund to be established in the custody of the Trustee under the Trust Agreement for the deposit, investment and application of that portion of proceeds of the Series 2021 Certificates, if any, specified in the Purchase Agreement, used to pay costs of issuing the Series 2021 Certificates.
