Issuance Time definition

Issuance Time means the effective time of the Issuance.
Issuance Time has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4 of this Agreement.

Examples of Issuance Time in a sentence

  • If the Work type is “TO,” the Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel within the time period specified in Table below, as determined by (i) priority of the Work, as identified in the TO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the TO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • Contractor will complete the Work specified in the SWO within the completion time specified in Table 2.6.1.1 below, as determined by (i) priority of the work, as identified in the SWO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the SWO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • Contractor will complete the Work specified in the TO within the completion time specified in Table below, as determined by (i) priority of the Work, as identified in the TO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the TO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • After the First Issuance Time, no vacancy in the office of any director may be filled by the Board or by any director or directors elected by the holders of Specified Stock, but may only be filled by the affirmative vote of the holders of the Specified Stock entitled to elect such director or directors as provided in this Section 3.2, given either at a special meeting of such stockholders duly called for that purpose or pursuant to a written consent of stockholders.

  • If the work type is “FM,” the Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel within the time period specified in Table 2.4.2 below, as determined by (i) priority of the work, as identified in the SWO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the SWO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • The Contractor shall respond to and complete on time ninety-nine percent (99%) of all SWOs for Priority 1 and 2 XXx. The Contractor shall respond to and complete on time ninety percent (90%) of all SWOs for Priority 3 through Priority 6 XXx. Contractor must provide written justification for any SWO for Priority 1 through Priority 4 XXx not completed within thirty (30) Days after SWO Issuance Time.

  • If the work type is “JO,” the Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel within the time period specified in Table 2.4.1 below, as determined by (i) priority of the work, as identified in the SWO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the SWO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • Immediately following the Issuance Time, the Company shall issue Membership Units to TI in an amount equal to the number of shares of Class A Common Stock issued by TI pursuant to an Incentive Plan prior to the Issuance Time and the mechanics in sections (a) through (d) of this Section 8.4 shall be followed with respect to such issuance of Membership Units.

  • The Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel within the time period specified in Table 1.4.1 below, as determined by (i) priority of the work, as identified in the SWO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the SWO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

  • Contractor will complete the Work specified in the TO within the completion time specified in Table 3.6.1.1 below, as determined by (i) priority of the Work, as identified in the TO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the TO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.

Related to Issuance Time

  • Reference Time with respect to any setting of the then-current Benchmark means (1) if such Benchmark is USD LIBOR, 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the day that is two London banking days preceding the date of such setting, and (2) if such Benchmark is not USD LIBOR, the time determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.

  • Exchange Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 3.1(c) hereof.

  • Acceptance Time has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Stockholder Approval Date means the date on which Stockholder Approval is received and deemed effective under Delaware law.

  • Rise time means the difference in time between the 10 per cent and 90 per cent response of the final reading (t90 – t10).

  • Exercise Time means 5.00 p.m. (local time in Frankfurt am Main, Germany);

  • IPO means the Company’s first underwritten public offering of its Common Stock under the Securities Act.

  • Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.

  • Shareholder Approval Date means the date on which this Plan is approved shareholders of the Company eligible to vote in the election of directors, by a vote sufficient to meet the requirements of Code Sections 162(m) (if applicable) and 422, Rule 16b-3 under the Exchange Act (if applicable), applicable requirements under the rules of any stock exchange or automated quotation system on which the Shares may be listed on quoted, and other laws, regulations and obligations of the Company applicable to the Plan.

  • Issuance Period shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(2).

  • Merger Closing means “Closing,” as that term is defined in the Merger Agreement.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • Acquisition Date With respect to any REO Property, the first day on which such REO Property is considered to be acquired by the Trust Fund within the meaning of Treasury Regulations Section 1.856-6(b)(1), which is the first day on which the Trust Fund is treated as the owner of such REO Property for federal income tax purposes.

  • Release Time The Grievant, the Grievants Representative (if an employee of the Employer) and any witnesses shall be provided release time including reasonable travel time, if required, to be present at any formal hearing conducted pursuant to the Grievance process.

  • Merger Closing Date the Closing Date (as defined in the Merger Agreement).

  • First Trading Date means 15 November 2022.

  • Reverse Split has the meaning set forth in Section 5.21.

  • Company Stockholder Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b).

  • Offer Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(f).

  • Parent Shareholder Approval means the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of the votes cast by holders of outstanding shares of Parent Stock on the proposal to approve the issuance of Parent Stock as provided in this Agreement at the Parent Special Meeting.

  • Stock Acquisition Date means the first date of public announcement (which, for purposes of this definition, shall include, without limitation, a report filed pursuant to Section 13(d) under the Exchange Act) by the Company or an Acquiring Person that an Acquiring Person has become such.

  • Series Issuance Date means, with respect to any Series, the date on which the Notes of such Series are to be originally issued in accordance with Section 2.12 and the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.

  • Parent Stockholder Approval means the approval of the Parent Common Stock Issuance by the affirmative vote of a majority of the votes cast at the Parent Stockholders Meeting in accordance with the rules and regulations of the NYSE and the Organizational Documents of Parent.

  • Issuance Date means the date hereof.

  • Stock Split means any kind of stock split in relation to the Shares, including a free share distribution to the holders of Shares, a stock dividend or a sub-division of Shares;
