If Tenant desires to make any non-de minimis change, addition or alteration or desires to make any change, addition or alteration to any of the Building Systems after approval of the Issued for Construction Documents, Tenant shall prepare and submit to Landlord plans and specifications with respect to such change, addition or alteration.
The "Issued for Construction Documents" shall consist of all drawings (1/8" scale) and specifications necessary to construct all Premises improvements including, without limitation, architectural and structural working drawings and specifications and Mechanical and Electrical Working Drawings and Specifications and all applicable governmental authorities plan check corrections.
