Issued Property definition

Issued Property means all government property issued in connection with the Contract.
Issued Property means anything issued or otherwise made available to the Contractor for any purpose by or on behalf of the Purchaser including working papers and other written materials;
Issued Property means any property or equipment of the Authority as referred to in the Agreement which shall be held by the Contractor in accordance with paragraph S9-6 (Issued Property) of Schedule 9;

Examples of Issued Property in a sentence

  • Issue of Government Stores – select all applicable DEFCON 23 * – Special Jigs, Tooling and Test Equipment DEFCON 611 – Issued Property (if ticked then list Issued Property and attach list to Tasking Form).

  • Such items shall become Government Furnished Equipment provided to the Contractor by the Authority on loan in accordance with DEFCON 611 (SC2) (Issued Property).

  • Such items shall become Government Furnished Equipment provided to the Contractor by the Authority on loan in accordance with DEFCON 611 (ISC) (Issued Property).

More Definitions of Issued Property

Issued Property means any item of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), including any Articles in connection with which the Contractor is required under the Contract to carry out any Service, issued or otherwise furnished to the Contractor in connection with the Contract by or on behalf of the Authority;
Issued Property. Means all government property issued in connection with the Contract including documents and information provided in paper or electronic form
