Issuer General Account definition

Issuer General Account is defined in the LLC Agreement.
Issuer General Account means the bank account opened in respect of the Notes by the relevant Issuer in the books of the Account Bank.
Issuer General Account means the account designated as such under Condition 14.1 (Designation of Accounts) and includes any replacement of that account;

Examples of Issuer General Account in a sentence

  • Any amounts remaining on deposit in any such Series Preferred Member Distribution Account, after paying any amounts owing under such Purchase Agreements, shall be deposited into the Issuer General Account.

  • If there is no Related Series of Junior Preferred Membership Interests with respect to any Series of Senior Preferred Membership Interests, any remaining amounts on deposit in the Series Preferred Member Distribution Account with respect to such Series of Senior Preferred Membership Interests on any such Dividend Payment Date shall be deposited into the Issuer General Account.

  • Any remaining amounts on deposit in any such Series Preferred Member Distribution Account on any such Dividend Payment Date shall be deposited into the Issuer General Account.
