Issuer General Account definition

Issuer General Account is defined in the LLC Agreement.
Issuer General Account means the bank account opened in respect of the Notes by the relevant Issuer in the books of the Account Bank. Loan” means any loan granted by the Issuer to a MFI (directly or indirectly) with the proceeds of the issue of a Series of Notes.

  • Disbursement Account means any Deposit Account maintained by Borrower with a financial institution for the purpose of receiving and disbursing the proceeds of Loans made pursuant hereto.
