Issuer Security Agreement definition

Issuer Security Agreement means the security agreement, dated on or about the Effective Date, granted by the Issuer in favour of the Security Trustee (for the benefit of the Secured Parties) over all of its assets.
Issuer Security Agreement means that certain Issuer Pledge and Security Agreement, dated as of the Original Closing Date, by and among Issuer, as grantor, and Agent, as the secured party, for the benefit of Note Holders, as amended by the Security Agreement Amendment.

  • The Issuer Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement for the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under the Issuer STID and the Issuer Security Agreement but shall not have any responsibility for any of the obligations of any other Parties hereto and the other Parties hereto acknowledge that the Issuer Security Trustee has no such responsibilities.

More Definitions of Issuer Security Agreement

Issuer Security Agreement means the Senior Secured Note Security and Pledge Agreement of even date among the Issuer, the Trustee and United States Trust Company of New York as collateral agent.
