IT Facilities definition

IT Facilities means the physical and online IT facilities provided by the College including without limitation hardware computers, laptops and copiers, StudentNet, Blackboard (the College’s virtual learning environment) and internal emailaccounts;
IT Facilities means applications, software packages, network connections together with any documentation and any other facilities being provided by ENGEN (and/or Affiliates of ENGEN as the case may be) as specified in Schedule I to this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time3;

Examples of IT Facilities in a sentence

  • For the safety of all students, ISD technical staff and vendors shall comply with College official check-in protocol with the designated College staff at Campus Police College IT, Facilities, or other offices before carrying out duties at College locations.

  • All individual users of University IT Facilities and information systems must comply with the appropriate information security policies, regulations, code of conducts, guidelines and practises and procedures including any external accountability.

  • If you are not a student or a member of staff, as part of the registration process you will sign a form which states that you have read the Regulations and Code of Conduct for the Use of IT Facilities and agree to be bound by them.

  • It is a condition of use of the IT Facilities that a user’s activity may be logged and or monitored and that information in their IT account, including but not limited to, files, images, documents, audio, videos, browsing history, communication history, may be accessed and processed with or without their consent as outlined in the Monitoring and Accessing Information policy.

  • The Secretary of Court shall have the power to withdraw access to IT Facilities from any person deemed to be in breach of the requirements of the Act, and to require the modification or deletion of personal data in order to ensure compliance with the Act.

  • It is the responsibility of Users to become familiar with the Rules that apply to the particular IT Facilities and systems they utilise for University purposes.

  • The Rules in Part 1 apply to any member of the University making use of IT Facilities described above.

  • Students may not connect personal IT equipment to the University network except as set out in the ‘Regulations for the Use of IT Facilities and Learning Resources’*.

  • The monitoring is used to protect the security of the IT Facilities against network-oriented threats (viruses, malicious software, etc).

  • Consultation with key stakeholders in relation to the Town Hall refurbishment including IT, Facilities Management and the Events team has commenced and will continue throughout the project.

Related to IT Facilities

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Credit Facilities means, with respect to the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, one or more debt facilities, including the Senior Credit Facilities, or other financing arrangements (including, without limitation, commercial paper facilities or indentures) providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, letters of credit or other long-term indebtedness, including any notes, mortgages, guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and any amendments, supplements, modifications, extensions, renewals, restatements or refundings thereof and any indentures or credit facilities or commercial paper facilities that replace, refund or refinance any part of the loans, notes, other credit facilities or commitments thereunder, including any such replacement, refunding or refinancing facility or indenture that increases the amount permitted to be borrowed thereunder or alters the maturity thereof (provided that such increase in borrowings is permitted under Section 4.09 hereof) or adds Restricted Subsidiaries as additional borrowers or guarantors thereunder and whether by the same or any other agent, lender or group of lenders.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Existing Credit Facilities means, collectively, the Existing U.S. Credit Facilities and the Existing Foreign Credit Facility.

  • Senior Facilities means the Credit Agreement and any Additional Senior Debt Facilities.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Contingent Facilities means those unbuilt Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades upon which the Interconnection Request’s costs, timing, and study findings are dependent and, if delayed or not built, could cause a need for restudies of the Interconnection Request or a reassessment of the Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and/or costs and timing.

  • Exit Facility means a credit facility that will be entered into by the City, the Exit Facility Agent and the other financial institutions party thereto on the Effective Date on substantially the terms set forth on Exhibit I.A.119.

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Incremental Facilities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
