Itemised Proposal definition

Itemised Proposal has the meaning given in Clause 9.2.

Examples of Itemised Proposal in a sentence

  • If the Parties agree that a Change Control Request is technically feasible, the Supplier shall prepare a proposal as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than twenty-eight (28) Working Days of the date on which a Party receives the Change Control Request (Itemised Proposal).

  • Takeover Proposal means any offer or proposal for, or any indication of interest in, a merger or other business combination involving Target or the acquisition of any significant equity interest in, or a significant portion of the assets of, Target, other than the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Change Proposal means a proposal for a Change Order submitted by the Design/Builder to the Owner, either at the request of the Owner, or at the Design/Builder's own initiative.

  • Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).

  • TO Proposal - Technical means the TO Contractor’s technical response to the CATS II TORFP dateddate of TO Proposal – Technical.

  • Ballot proposition means a question, issue, or proposal that is submitted to voters

  • Tax Proposals means all specific proposals to amend the Tax Act publicly announced by or on behalf of the Minister of Finance (Canada) prior to the date hereof.

  • Transaction Proposals has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.

  • Eligible Proposal means a Proposal that meets or exceeds the prescribed requirement, proceeding to the next stage of evaluation;
