Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy definition

Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy of any Group Company restricting transactions in the securities of any Group Company by directors, executives and certain employees of any Group Company during certain times (such as closed periods) and setting out the procedure for obtaining clearance to deal in the securities of any Group Company. A copy of the Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy is available from the Chief Legal Officer of the Company;

Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the Company’s Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy as adopted and posted on the Company’s website.

Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy of the Issuer applicable to the directors and executive officers of its general partner, as such ixxxxxx xxxxxxx policy may be amended from time to time.

Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(f).

Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means any ixxxxxx xxxxxxx policy of PubCo applicable to directors, executive officers and other applicable employees, as such ixxxxxx xxxxxxx policy may be adopted, amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, in accordance with the PubCo Charter and the Bylaws of PubCo (as applicable).

Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the policy adopted by Parent's Board of Directors, as such may be amended from time to time, relating to transactions in Parent's securities by Parent's executive officers and directors.

Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by members of the Board, Officers or other employees who may possess material, non-public information regarding the Company, as in effect at the time of a disposition of any shares of Stock. Shares of Stock issued in settlement of Units shall not be subject to any restriction on transfer other than any such restriction as may be required pursuant to Section 6.3.
