Jail Facilities means initially the regional jail facilities located at 801 Industrial Park Road, Farmville, Virginia 23901, together with any additions or improvements thereto and any other such facilities of the Authority.

  • Each of the Member Jurisdictions will have reasonable access to the Jail Facilities and Tazewell Jail Facility in order to monitor the Authority’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Authority financed the cost of constructing and equipping the Jail Facilities, including but not limited to the costs of issuance and related expenses associated with such financing, through the issuance of the Bonds.

  • The Authority will provide each Member Jurisdiction, annually, following the end of each Fiscal Year, the calculation for the effective Per Diem Rate for such Member Jurisdiction for its usage of the Jail Facilities and Tazewell Jail Facility.

  • The Authority in 2013 refinanced the 2003 Bonds and financed a portion of the construction and improvement of additions to the Jail Facilities in Dickenson, Washington, and Xxxxx Counties through the Virginia Resources Authority with the remaining financing of the improvements to said Jail Facilities through the issuance of a grant revenue anticipation note.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Retail facility means a service station, convenience store or any other facility selling a PSTD regulated substance that is open to the general public.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Communication Facilities means video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or any other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities by means of which all Persons participating in a meeting are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables the provision of wireless services between user equipment and a communications network, including, but not limited to, radio transceivers, antennas, coaxial or fiber-optic cable, regular and backup power supplies, and comparable equipment, regardless of technological configuration. Wireless facility includes a small cell wireless facility. Wireless facility does not include any of the following:
