JCC Data definition

JCC Data means the Confidential Information, Personal Information, and any information, data, or content that is provided to or accessed by Contractor.
JCC Data means all data and information within the JCC Input and JCC Output that is collected for or received from or on behalf of JCC, in any form, format or media (including paper, electronic and other records) that Contractor has access to, obtains, uses, maintains, stores or otherwise handles in connection with JCC or Judicial Branch Entitiesuse of the Subscription Services, the performance of Services or otherwise. JCC Data includes JCC’s Confidential Information and Personal Information.

Examples of JCC Data in a sentence

  • Contractor shall not respond to subpoenas, service of process, Public Records Act requests (or requests under California Rule of Court 10.500), and other legal requests directed at Contractor regarding this Agreement or JCC Data without first notifying the JCC.

  • Contractor shall ensure that access to the JCC Data will be provided to the JCC (and its authorized users) 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (excluding agreed-upon maintenance downtime).

  • During the Transition Period, the Hosted Services and JCC Data access shall continue to be made available without alteration.

  • The physical location of Contractor’s data center, systems, and equipment where the JCC Data is stored shall be within the continental United States.

  • Contractor shall promptly notify the JCC upon receipt of any requests which in any way might reasonably require access to the JCC Data.

  • Contractor shall comply with all applicable privacy and data security laws, and other laws (including the California Rules of Court) and regulations relating to the protection, collection, use, and distribution of JCC Data, as well as privacy and data security requirements and standards set forth in the JCC’s policies or procedures.

  • For ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement or Statement of Work, or upon notice of termination of this Agreement or Statement of Work, Contractor shall assist the JCC in extracting and/or transitioning all JCC Data in the format determined by the JCC (“Transition Period”).

  • Contractor shall not, without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of JCC, use or access the JCC Data for any purpose other than to provide the Work under this Agreement.

  • Remote access to JCC Data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in writing in advance by the JCC.

  • JCC owns and retains all right and title to the JCC Data and has the exclusive right to control its use.

Related to JCC Data

  • DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement. DXC Data may include, but is not limited to the following, each of which is defined more fully herein, DXC Sensitive Information, Confidential Information, Personal Information, and Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;

  • Public data means the objective, factual data on which policy decisions are based and on which public services are assessed, or which is collected or generated in the course of public service delivery.

  • biometric data means personal data resulting from specific technical processing relating to the physical, physiological or behavioural characteristics of a natural person, which allow or confirm the unique identification of that natural person, such as facial images or dactyloscopic data;

  • genetic data means personal data relating to the inherited or acquired genetic characteristics of a natural person which give unique information about the physiology or the health of that natural person and which result, in particular, from an analysis of a biological sample from the natural person in question;

  • Non-Public Data means data, other than personal data, that is not subject to distribution to the public as public information. It is deemed to be sensitive and confidential by the State of Utah and the federal government because it contains information that is exempt by state, federal and local statutes, ordinances, or administrative rules from access by the general public as public information.

  • Electronic Data means information, facts or programs stored as or on, created or used on, or transmitted to or from computer software, including systems and applications software, hard or floppy disks, CD-ROMS, tapes, drives, cells, data processing devices or any other media which are used with electronically controlled equipment.

  • Electronic Data Room means the electronic data room established by or on behalf of the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product (including any applicable Drug Master Files (“DMFs”), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, communications, correspondence, registrations, Regulatory Approvals or other filings made to, received from or otherwise conducted with a Regulatory Authority in order to Develop, Manufacture, or Commercialize a Licensed Product in a particular country or jurisdiction.

  • Regulatory Filing means any documentation comprising or relating to or supporting any filing or application with any Regulatory Authority with respect to the Licensed Product, including any documents submitted to any Regulatory Authority, including INDs, Regulatory Approval Applications, and all correspondence with any Regulatory Authority with respect to any Licensed Product (including minutes of any meetings, telephone conferences, or discussions with any Regulatory Authority).

  • Regulatory Filings means any and all regulatory applications, filings, approvals and associated correspondence required to Develop, manufacture, market, sell and import Products in, or into, each country or jurisdiction in the Territory.

  • Program Know-How means, except as otherwise provided in Licensor Background Know-How, all Information and inventions that are conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with the work conducted under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • SEDAR means the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval;

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Authority to verify the Charges already paid or payable and Charges forecast to be paid during the Framework Period and term of any Call Off Contracts, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs) and the unit cost and total actual costs of all goods and/or services; operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Goods and/or Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of Goods and any other consumables and bought-in goods and services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; and a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Framework Period and term of any Call Off Contracts and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period under any Call Off Contracts;

  • Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.

  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI means technology that provides transaction related details, including invoice number(s), pay dates, and other identifying information as appropriate for each transaction.

  • Electronic Data Interchange or “EDI technology” means the computer-to-computer exchange of business transactions in a standardized, structured electronic format.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.
