• The JIPC shall consist of one (1) or more intellectual property lawyers from each Party; provided that each Party shall always have same number of members of the JIPC.

• Minutes prepared by Alliance Managers shall not be finalized until each JDC, JFC, JCC, JIPC or applicable subcommittee representative reviews and approves such minutes.
