Job Order Time definition

Job Order Time means the time from the issuance of a Job Order Notice to Proceed by City to City’s approval of JOC’s Substantial Completion. A Job Order Time shall be incorporated into this Contract upon execution of each Job Order.

Examples of Job Order Time in a sentence

  • Job Order Time, except as modified by a Job Order Change Order, begins on the date Work is to begin on a Job Order Project according to the terms of the Job Order and ends on the date Work is to be completed on a Job Order Project according to the terms of the Job Order.
