Job Request definition

Job Request means a request by Sender to transport Goods which has been matched with Driver, and which can be accepted or declined by Driver using the App. Law means all laws including rules of common law, principles of equity, statutes, regulations, proclamations, ordinances, by-laws, rules, regulatory principles, requirements and determinations, mandatory codes of conduct, writs, orders, injunctions and judgments.

  • City staff will refer an Oakland resident (matching the qualifications identified by the contractor on the Job Request & Referral form) to the Contractor within three business days.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.

  • Licensing Officer means a person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate Agreements and make related determination and findings.

  • Request means the Client's order to the Company to obtain a quote. Such a request shall not constitute an obligation to make a transaction.

  • Transfer Request means the communication by an authorized account representative or an alternate authorized account representative to the accounts administrator to register into the tracking system the transfer of allowances between accounts.
