Joint Functions definition

Joint Functions means the functions jointly exercised by the Member CCGs through the decisions of the Joint Committee in accordance with the Terms of Reference and as set out in detail in the Delegation Document Law means: (i) any applicable statute or proclamation or any delegated or subordinate legislation or regulation; (ii) any enforceable EU right within the meaning of section 2(1) European Communities Act 1972; or (iii) any applicable judgment of a relevant court of law which is a binding precedent in England and Wales, in each case in force in England and Wales Lead Commissioner Member CCG Means the CCG with responsibility for overseeing the co- ordination and administration of the Joint Committee.
