Joint Products definition

Joint Products has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Joint Products means Products that are not Lipoxen Products;

More Definitions of Joint Products

Joint Products means the Fault Tolerant Systems developed pursuant to the Development Program and described in a Development Plan hereunder, together with any Enhancements thereto developed pursuant to a Development Plan and any Derivative Products included as Joint Products pursuant to Section 3.4. In case a Joint Product is embedded in other computer systems that are not a Fault Tolerant System, such as an NEC blade server, only the embedded Joint Product shall be within the scope of this Agreement. Such non Fault Tolerant computer systems (other than the embedded Joint Product) may also be sold to the other party at mutually agreed prices and terms.
Joint Products means those products described in Exhibit A and those Future Joint Products added to the Collaboration by the Collaboration Committee. For clarity, Joint Products shall not include (a) Oligos made by Illumina for use with Illumina's arrays or Kits, or (b) Oligos made by Invitrogen for use with Invitrogen's arrays or Kits.
Joint Products means products and services developed by Purchaser which include use of the Sold Assets and specifically the use of Transferred Employees, which will incorporate both the Purchaser's Intellectual Property Rights and Seller IP. Any determination of whether a product is a Joint Product shall be made by mutual agreement of Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx on an individual case by case basis prior to starting development on such product.
Joint Products means and includes any product or group of products developed by REAADS under the terms of this Agreement. Appendix A attached hereto contains an initial list of the Joint Products to be developed by REAADS. The list of Joint Products set forth in Appendix A may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties.
Joint Products means (i) clonally or oligoclonally derived embryonic progenitor cells or progenitor cell lines produced using Cell Technology and WXXX Technology, WXXX Materials, or ES Technology, and (ii) products derived from the progenitor cells described in clause (i).
