Juvenile counselor definition

Juvenile counselor means a Department of Juvenile Services employee who provides case management or treatment services for juveniles who are under the supervision of the Department of Juvenile Services.
Juvenile counselor means the juvenile counselor or the juvenile probation officer or any other appropriately titled person who performs the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 3-6-2.
Juvenile counselor means an individual employed by the Department of Juvenile Services or a correctional unit whose duties generally include the investigation, supervision, management, or coordination of services for juveniles who are under the supervision of the Department of Juvenile Services.
